Walked in on Easter Sunday shortly after noon, and the place was empty save for three other tables. We ordered a couple banh mi’s (pork and beef) and the spicy chicken wings. Despite the few tables, service was slow. The food was fine, but the spicy chicken wings were spicy at all. The restaurant felt dirty in general, tables and floor were sticky, and food bits left on the table. With competition so close by, not worth returning.

This spot is right across from where we’re staying at the Atrium Hotel, which is super convenient. Parking is pretty decent, though it’s shared with other businesses nearby. I asked the cashier what she recommend and went with the house special beef pho, so glad I did! I also got the grilled pork bánh mì for my husband and he said it was really good. They told me it’d be about a 15-minute wait for takeout, and they even offered me water while I waited, which was nice. The food actually came out quicker than expected. Staff were friendly and the place looked clean too.

The reviews here are very mixed. I decided to give it a shot. There's plenty of parking everywhere. The restaurant inside is big and very clean. Decor is up to date as well. I ordered the hot and sour seafood pho. To my surprise it was absolutely delicious and very comforting. My friend ordered the bun bo hue. We asked for a red chili each and it was perfect! Service is strange though. As soon as I went up to pay, the girl didn't give my 60 cent change back. I was grabbing more change out of my pocket to tip of course, but she then asked me how much did you pay again? Wow I could've gotten away with saying I paid with a 50 dollar bill . Anyhoo, those two items we ordered are delicious. I think the small sizes are plenty
